About Me
Welcome! Here you can read a little about my journey of acquiring IT and Cloud skills over the past 4 years. I am passionate about joining the world of IT with a hope of working towards becoming a business analyst, cloud solutions architect, or solutions architect, and I am excited to share my expertise with recruiters and prospective employers. I am looking for my first real 'job' in the field to showcase my current skills and knowledge, and look forward to learning lots and often along the way.

Skills and Expertise
Since 2019 I have been engaged in learning skills and competencies in the IT and Technology field to build on my customer relationship background enabling me to serve clients with more emphasis on technology to drive successful outcomes.
Certificates recently gained include Comptia A+, Comptia Network+ and Comptia Security+ Microsoft Azure Fundamental AZ900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and most recently Salesforce Business Analyst .
Through Baron Consultancies I have been working closely with business clients from sole traders to SME <250 in size, to identify risks, prepare assessments, produce and deliver training to mitigate risks and improve returns. Along the way, my clients and I have realised that with a little movement in the direction of IT application, we can automate processes, share data within the business and identify risks and positive outcomes more easily.
I am now able to take my business and client understanding and combine it with a greater depth of tools and systems to help customers realise greater potentials. Historically the industry in which my clients excel may have not been heavily IT invested, but today, they are seeing real benefits in day to day and on balance sheets with a little modernisation of processes.
My clients benefit from strengths aligned with customer engagement, business analysis and IT literacy which I have been successfully developed over many years along with both B2C and B2B Sales development in the automotive sector.
Business Analyst
In August 2023, I successfully completed and gained the Salesforce Business Analyst qualification to validate my performance and abilities with regard to understanding clients. This incorporates a full spectrum of process and value modelling to derive a true understanding of client needs for integration with solutions to deliver results.
Direction
Harnessing my sales and consultancy background to pivot towards excelling as a cloud architect/business analyst. Expertly leveraging skills to analyse, uncover opportunities, mitigate risks, and collaboratively engineer innovative solutions for enhanced client outcomes.
