With recent acquisition of the Business Analysis certification (taken through SalesForce in August 2023) verification of skills learned by working through business with my clients over the years, to identify their current processes, pain points, value streams to uncover risk mitigation and increase their returns has taken place.

Improvements in business processes can be achieved in relatively short periods, often with small investments, great returns can be achieved.

While some clients have enjoyed real benefits with a couple of consultancies and an introduction of a very small amount of automation and document share procedures to enhance their diligence and reduce risks in regards to compliance issues.
